Commercial and heavy load grade. 60 psi XPS foam board made with 85% post-consumer recycled polystyrene, R-5 per inch, in 4′ x 8′ sheets with square edge or shiplap. Full ECO 60 spec page or compare all grades.
ECO 60 is built for the loads that crush ordinary board. Parking structures and fire halls carry heavy trucks over the slab, and 60 psi is the grade specified for it. Flexural strength jumps to 131 psi over the 40 grade.
Where it is used: parking structures and parking ramps, fire halls and heavy equipment bays, commercial slabs carrying truck traffic, and cold storage floors.
R-5 per inch: R-5.0 at 1″, R-7.5 at 1.5″, R-10.0 at 2″.
